  1. I recently attened a CISM Traing at the Cove in June and the messages by Bishop Wiley, Preston Parrish and Ewrin Lutzer were going to able to heard online and download MP3. Where do i find them. Thanks, Rev. Barry D. Teutsch

    1. Hi Judy,
Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, there aren’t plans as of right now for Randall to be back with us. We will let you know if that changes. Hope you can make it for one of our other events, though.

  2. Our first time to The Cove – for the Selah concert and an overnight stay.
Eight of us – what an awesome experience – everyone wants to
    return –
    Thank you

  3. I received a recent diagnosis of cancer with a short and grim prognosis. God has given me such sweet peace and has already used this affliction to develop my faith into a deeper and more genuine relationship with Jesus. However, I continue to have a deep desire to live a long life. I know that my eternal home is with the Lord. I don’t doubt that He has GLORY waiting on me and yet I’m sad to leave my friends and family. I’ve heard Rev Graham talk about heaven and he does it with such longing and delight. How do I change my desire to stay in this world to one that longs to be with the Lord? My desire is to face the future, no matter what it holds, with courage and hope and to look forward to leaving this earth…to see His face for the first time.

    1. Denny, our dear brother in Christ, we are praying for you for courage, hope and the peace that only Jesus Christ can provide. We also humbly pray for your healing, if it is His will. As Billy Graham, once said, “Death for the Christian is the doorway to heaven’s glory. Because of Christ’s resurrection we can joyously say with Paul, “Where, O death, is your victory?”” 1 Corinthians 15:55.

  4. How do we post our notes from Kendra’s study on this site so that we can see them? Is special formatting needed? Can they be attached as a Word or Excel document?

    1. Hi Stefanie,
Thanks for your comment! Make sure you subscribe to the blog. We’ll be posting updates from Kendra geared around sparking conversation. Then, you can leave your comments/notes in the comments section of the post. Stay tuned and thank you in advance for your insights!

    2. Stefanie, you can copy and paste your Word notes in the comment section. Just click on the Bible Study tab at the top of our blog. Thank you in advance for sharing what you have learned! Blessings!

  5. I am sorry to hear that on line ministries will eliminate so many positions with your organization. I have a very strong feeling that development of cyber ministries will further hinder human contact among church communities. I am not against cyber ministries but feel it should be just as well staffed as the person to person contact.

    1. Marilyn, thanks for your comment. Please join us in praying for those impacted by the changes, but also how God is going to use the ministry of BGEA for many years to come. The Internet Evangelism ministry is reaching the next generation right where they are – searching on the Internet. BGEA is developing a talented team of people to be ready to connect with these folks online.

Also know that the wonderful programming at The Cove isn’t changing. We hope you’ll come see us!

  6. I came to Christ at a young age and grew up listening and watching Billy Graham. He has not changed his messages in all that time, I am thankful for that. He is a constant reminder of what a relationship with Jesus Christ is for those who believe in HIM. I thank God for his ministry and KNOW I will meet him in heaven. Thank you Brother Graham for giving to the Lord!!

  7. The comments for responding to Kendra’s latest Bible study post for Joshua are turned “off”. When will they be on so we can post our responses? Thanks.

  8. I heard that Dr. James Dobson was coming to the Cove in September but I cannot find any specifics on your event calendar. Could you help me out on this on? Listening to KSBJ in Houston

  17. I am looking for an intense bible seminar to help me bring the Holy Spirit inside of me. I accept Christ as my savior but I have some kind of block. I want to dive in. I always turned the other check always, but while I was dong that my husband took many wives and replaced me while he traveled came home and abuse me and the kids more. I had no clue his issue was intense sins. I have pain. I have post traumatic Stress Syndrome from my husband and it blocks me from letting the Holy Spirit from doing its job. I need an intense retreat!

  18. Bro. Will,
Remembering with thanksgiving, a pastors’ visit..and your willingness to deliver a thanksgiving letter to your Father for his birthday. And praying open doors for your ministry, and for fruitful crusades.
    Jesus is Lord!

  19. We were at The Cove October 24-26 for Mike McIntosh. Our group enjoyed it immensely. At one of the meals we were served a dessert that was labeled “Pumpkin Cake”. Is it possible to have that recipe? I would love to serve it for Thanksgiving.

    1. Hi, Vicki! Have requested from the kitchen, but during this busy time of year it is hard to break down the recipes for distribution. Will get back to you with answer from chef. Blessings!

    2. Vicki, there is no time to pull this together. Our kitchen staff is small but mighty. We suggest you go to and look for a warm pumpkin cake or pumpkin dump cake. We’re sorry we could not get you the recipe. Have a happy Thanksgiving.

  20. Thank you for the helpful information. I found the recipe online and will be enjoying it over the holidays. Best wishes!

  21. We attended a chaplains retreat back in Nov. and were told we would be able to find pictures and links to the speakers talks on the website. I’m particularly interested in Blackaby’s talk on the Questions that God Asks Us. Any hints as to where to find those resources? Thank you!!

  22. Just wondering how much this retreat costs.. No mention found on this page…It would be amazing to spend time there…please email me info…Thanks a lot. Have a great day.

  23. I was recently at the cove with Joy of Abiding. Is it possible for the chef to share his recipe for the (creamy) risotti and also the dark chocolate truffle cake. It was to die for. Thanks

  24. I just returned from The Cove after a PSR and Michael Card concert and seminar. It was such a blessed time and in many ways He confirmed His Presence with me personally – I came to trust that he is hearing my prayers. I would ask for fervent prayers for very specific needs in my life regarding relationships and career. Also, I would like to request the recipe for a soup served either 7/23 or 7/24 – it was tomato based with mushrooms and was probably one of the best soups I have eaten. Thank you in advance…blessings and peace from God our Father to you all!

    1. Hello, Melinda. You’ve blessed us by sharing how you connected with God. We lift you in prayer regarding relationships and career. We’ll put in the request for the soup recipe. We’re glad you liked it! There are several other recipes you might be interested in. Click here: We hope you’ll come back again. Bless you!

  25. I am currently reading ‘Rebel with a Cause’ by Franklin Graham. It is such an inspiring book. I found out about The Cove in this book and decided to google it. Does Kendra Graham still do the online Bible study? If so, I would like to join. Thank you. Doris Caldwell

    1. Hello, Doris! We’re so glad you discovered The Cove through Franklin’s book. We hope you’ll come see us one day in person. Yes, Kendra does the online Bible study right here on the blog, throughout the year, and then she does an in-person Bible study in Jan/Feb of each year that local people can attend and we stream it LIVE as well. If you’d like to check out the 2017 study videos, click here:
Just put your email in the “Subscribe” area on our blog and you’ll get Kendra’s study delivered in your email inbox (every other Tuesday).

      Bless you!

  26. I try to attend one event a year at The Cove and can’t wait to be back in November of this year. Aside from the rich spiritual food, the chef does an incredible job with the physical food! One of my favorite breakfast dishes is the breakfast salad. Do you think the chef would share the recipe, especially the dressing that I can’t stop thinking about? Thank you!!!

    1. Beth, we will put in a request. When you say breakfast salad, can you be a bit more descriptive, so we can ask chef? Thanks!

  27. Please add me to your prayer list.. Worry, stress, and tension are making it difficult to get my blood pressure under control. Thank you and may God continue to bless all the BGEA ministry.

    1. Angie, we have added you to our prayer list. We pray the Lord will cover you in his peace, comfort and healing. Thank you for the privilege to pray for you. Bless you, sister.

  28. Recently attended a Mission India retreat at The Cove. What an amazing facility. It is beautiful and we were blessed by everyone there as well as our conference.
The food was amazing and I’d like to say thank you for adding some of the recipes here on the notes. I fell in love with the Bleu Cheese bread pudding. Who’d have thought to even combine the two. I’d love to have the recipe for your cauliflower mashed potatoes and your fruit infused water. Both were amazing!

    1. We’re so glad to know you enjoyed your time here! We hope you’ll be back!
Enjoy that bleu cheese bread pudding at home.
We will put in a request for the cauliflower mashed potatoes and fruit infused water.
