Saturday Snapshot – Merry Music on the Mountain

Philips, Craig, and Dean wrapped up our last official 2017 Christmas at The Cove event on Thursday night and it was an absolutely beautiful celebration of our precious Savior.  If you weren’t able to join us in person for the Christmas festivities this year, please plan on it next year…you will be blessed beyond measure!

PCD December 2017

While the events at the Training Center have wound down for the year, we still have music ringing out on our little mountain over here.

Listen as Lovey, one of our faithful Chapel volunteers spreads cheer to visitors touring the Chapel on Friday.

Tell us your favorite Christmas song in the comments below?

Praying you will have a lovely weekend, friends!

  1. Thanks so very much for sharing with us photos of the lovely Christmas decorations at The Cove. We especially enjoyed hearing Ms. Lovey playing Christmas carols on the piano in the Chatlos Memorial Chapel. She plays so much like my mother and my grandmother did that I can almost close my eyes and feel that I am with them again.

But the very thing that we have loved the most was a Christmas program that we just happened to hear on the Daystar network, where Reverend Franklin Graham shares photos of his family celebrating Christmas, when he was growing up. There are probably lots of rules preventing this, but I was just thinking how much people who follow this website would enjoy seeing this Christmas program again and again.

Wishing all of you a most Blessed Christmas!

    1. Martie, you’ve given us a good idea! Make sure to watch for our Saturday Snapshot post this weekend.
We’re glad you enjoyed last week’s music by Lovey! It’s a beautiful thing when loving memories coming flooding back like that.
      Merry Christmas!
